📝 IMPORTANT NOTES
- Sterilize temperature ≤ 135 °C (Improved type ≤ 155 °C ), if the temperature is over 135 °C, the motor could be damaged.
- Normal bone drill can only hold drill bits less than 6mm, acetabulum reaming drill with big torque, rpm is around 300, canulate drill is used with nail or K wire, rpm is around 600.
- The battery need to be get out of the power tool after surgery. Otherwise the small automatic discharge of the electric will make the life of the battery short.
- The battery cannot be sterilized, it is not autoclavable.
- The cranial bur must be washed right after the surgery by purger in order to avoid the blood stick in the bur, make sure it stays dry.
- The battery space in the handpiece of the tool should not have any water, after sterilization.
- The cranial bur blade is made of medical stainless steel, in order to avoid broken, so it is flexible and not very hard, it is easy to be attrite, we suggest each blade only use for 1 surgery.

What is the safe sterilization temperature limit for the handpiece?
The safe sterilization temperature is ≤ 135 °C (or ≤ 155 °C for the improved type). Exceeding 135 °C for standard models may cause permanent damage to the motor.
Can the battery be autoclaved along with the handpiece?
No, the battery is not autoclavable and cannot be sterilized. It must be removed from the handpiece before sterilization.
How should the battery be maintained after surgery?
The battery must be removed from the power tool immediately after surgery. Keeping it inside can cause automatic micro-discharges, significantly shortening the battery's lifespan. Also, ensure the battery chamber remains completely dry after sterilization.
How long does the battery last on a single full charge?
Once fully charged, the battery can continuously power the device for approximately 30 minutes. The system comes with 2 batteries to allow swapping during procedures.
How many times can I reuse the cranial bur blade?
The cranial bur blade is made of medical stainless steel. To prevent breakage and maintain flexibility, it is not extremely hard and can wear down easily. We strongly recommend using each blade for only one surgery.
