Total Hip Replacement (THR) Engineering

Our hip systems support both press-fit cementless and cemented procedures. The primary femoral stem features a tapered wedge design to ensure solid axial and rotational stability. The stem is built with a standard 12/14 taper, allowing compatibility with ceramic and cobalt-chromium heads of various offsets.

For the acetabular interface, our dual mobility cups and UHMWPE liners are engineered to distribute loads evenly. The titanium cups feature a rough-textured outer surface, which promotes initial mechanical lock and long-term biological fixation.

Total Knee Replacement (TKR) Design

Our TKR systems are designed to recreate natural knee kinematics. The femoral component features a variable sagittal radius to provide smooth joint movement and stability throughout flexion. Made from cast CoCrMo alloy, the component's inner surface is optimized for bone cement adhesion.

The tibial tray features a polished tibial stem to reduce stress on the bone. It is paired with a highly cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insert that mimics the function of the natural meniscus, helping to minimize friction and wear over time.
