Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our manufacturing processes and products strictly follow international standards. Please inquire with our sales representatives for specific documentation details.
Q3.What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test our products in the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Q4.Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. However, this may take a little longer time for delivery.
Q5.Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we keep stock for listed products which are manufactured monthly, though availability depends on current sales conditions. We advise contacting our sales team for accurate inventory updates. For payments under 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. For payments above 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment is standard. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
Q6.How are custom product orders handled?
For custom products, please provide detailed specifications, engineering drawings, or physical samples. Our engineering team will review requirements and suggest a tailored production schedule.
