Multi-plane and Multi-locking screw fixation options provide multiple choices for operation to achieve optimal fixation stability. Screw-in-screw design further improves fixation strength in osteoporotic bones. The blunt head locking screw minimizes risk of excessive penetration, while the countersinking design reduces soft tissue irritation.
Short screw features two different plane holes for secure locking. Long screw includes three locking holes positioned to avoid key blood vessels, situated safely between the median and radial nerves. Two anterior/posterior locking holes facilitate manual operation, minimizing rotation and displacement of distal fractures.
Features a custom compression hole design that helps increase the stability of transverse or short oblique fractures. The self-sustaining compression mechanism operates without requiring static screws to maintain compression during surgical operations.
Compared with G3 (radian radius of 1.5m), the distal location of TFNA with a 1.0m radian radius in the center of the medullary cavity is twice as likely to achieve precise anatomical alignment.
